So many potters chase after a shape so round, so smooth, so replicable that it often ends up looking like it came from a machine. I want to make something unique, and elegant. Something that reclaims the imperfections, celebrates the ripples and the nicks so that it radiates with a soul of its own.

Living in a small town in Idaho comes with it’s fair share of unique challenges but every day is worth the challenge when you live in the most beautiful place in the world! I feel so lucky to frolic in our local rivers, climb nearby trails, and ski at our hometown resort. This is what fills my cup so I can always be inspired to keep creating with clay!
